The upcoming Docathon Workshop Series, has launched on November 2, is generating significant enthusiasm across India’s medical & engineering community. With over 480 registrations already pouring in for the upcoming webinar from doctors, engineers, & innovators alike, the excitement around this initiative continues to grow.
The excitement has also translated into early engagement for the workshops themselves, with more than 80 participants already signed up for the hands-on series that blends structured learning with real-world collaboration.
The series will be helping participants explore how AI can be used in everyday clinical practice, from understanding what AI really does in healthcare to using medical LLMs, wearables, & real-world diagnostic tools.
Beyond the initial surge of participation, medical & engineering colleges across the country are showing interest in being part of the Docathon movement, with several reaching out to co-create Docathon events on their campuses. The engagement reflects a growing recognition that modern healthcare innovation depends on interdisciplinary collaboration, where clinicians & technologists work side by side to document, analyze, & design smarter medical solutions.
With each session, the Docathon is evolving from a workshop into a movement, one that’s empowering doctors & institutions to take a more active role in advancing India’s medical research ecosystem.
Interested professionals & colleges can connect with the organisers to explore participation or partnership opportunities in upcoming Docathon editions.
