In a small town called Simri Bakhtiyarpur in Bihar, a young woman once struggled with self-doubt, fear, and a lack of confidence. Life threw its challenges early — marriage, responsibilities, and the pressure of expectations. Yet, amid those struggles, Yasmin Parween discovered something extraordinary: the strength to turn her pain into purpose.
Today, Yasmin is not just a spoken English and personality development coach — she is a beacon of hope for countless women who once felt voiceless, just as she once did. “I guide girls and women to speak English fluently and shine with confidence,” she says, her voice filled with conviction.
Yasmin’s journey wasn’t easy. Growing up, she often felt underconfident and limited by her environment. “There was a time when I couldn’t express myself freely. I used to fear what people would think of me,” she recalls. But something within her refused to stay silent. She decided to learn, grow, and transform — not just for herself, but for every woman who felt the same.
Her transformation began when she started working on her communication skills, mindset, and self-belief. Over time, she realized that language is more than just words — it’s the key to freedom, confidence, and identity. “When a woman finds her voice, she finds her power,” Yasmin says passionately.
Determined to help others experience that same empowerment, Yasmin founded her “Power Personality Program”, a unique coaching framework that focuses on confidence, communication, and mindset transformation. Through this program, she has trained over 50 students, helping women and youth speak English fluently — even without an English-speaking environment.
What makes Yasmin’s work special is her empathy. She understands her students’ fears because she’s lived them. “I see a part of myself in every woman who joins my program — unsure, hesitant, but full of potential,” she shares. Her teaching style blends warmth, motivation, and practical learning — creating a safe space for transformation.
Beyond teaching English, Yasmin is on a mission to help women find their voice — to speak not just fluently, but fearlessly. “I want them to know that confidence isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you build,” she says.
From a shy girl in Bihar to an inspiring English trainer and mindset coach, Yasmin’s journey is a testament to resilience, courage, and purpose. Her story reminds us that every struggle can be turned into strength, and every woman holds the power to rewrite her own story — one confident word at a time.
