December 8th, 2025: Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) inaugurated “Toyota Hornbill Music Festival” during the ongoing globally acclaimed Hornbill Festival as the title sponsor for the fourth consecutive year. The music festival remains one of India’s most iconic cultural celebrations and a vibrant stage for artists to showcase their talent. This year’s edition opened with a special performance by Japan’s drum ensemble and Toyota’s brand ambassador, Drum Tao, setting the tone for music, energy, and shared cultural pride. The company’s long-standing partnership with the Hornbill Music Festival reflects its deep connection with Nagaland and the Northeast, celebrating the region’s cultural legacy while strengthening its bond with local communities.

Toyota Hornbill Music Festival 2025 was inaugurated in the august presence of senior dignitaries from the State Government of Nagaland Shri. Temjen Imna Along, Honorable Minster for Higher Education & Tourism, Government of Nagaland, Shri. Theja Meru, Chairman of TaFMA, Government of Nagaland along with senior leadership from Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Mr. Tadashi Asazuma, Deputy Managing Director for Sales, Service, and Used Cars, Mr. Sudeep Dalvi, Chief Communication Officer, Senior Vice President and Director and other senior executives, marking the beginning of a festival that stands as a symbol of cultural harmony and artistic excellence.

This interactive space allowed the participants to learn more about Toyota’s green technology and innovations while enjoying the festive atmosphere.

With every passing year, TKM’s journey in the Northeast goes beyond cars and customer touchpoints. The company has established 58 touchpoints across the region and continues to expand its network to meet the rising demand.
